The Thanksgiving Cheese Board brings together seven ZakFarm favorites that are made to be sliced, arranged and shared: a fresh Georgian suluguni, an aged Italian-style caciocavallo, mild Adyghe cheese, pull-apart chechil string cheese, a suluguni and salami roll, a sweet-and-savory cheese and churchkhela roll, and herby garlic butter for warm bread. Our cheeses and butter are made in small batches from Jersey milk with natural ingredients and no preservatives.

How to build the board

• Slice the caciocavallo thinly and the suluguni and Adyghe cheese into cubes or wedges
• Pull the chechil into strands and pile it loosely for texture
• Cut the cheese and salami roll into rounds to show off the spiral
• Slice the churchkhela roll for a sweet bite next to nuts, grapes or pears
• Soften the garlic herb butter and serve it with warm bread or crackers

How long will the cheeses keep?
Serve the fresh cheeses (suluguni, Adyghe, chechil) within about a week of delivery. The caciocavallo, rolls and butter keep longer, so they can be saved for leftovers or the weekend after.

Is this box vegetarian?
No. The Cheese & Salami Roll contains salami, and the suluguni and caciocavallo are made with traditional animal rennet.

Can I send it as a gift?
Yes. Ship it to a different address at checkout — it arrives cold-packed and ready to serve.

Thanksgiving boxes are delivered November 18–20, cold-packed in an insulated box with ice packs. Shipping is $15 per box up to 12 lb in 22 eligible states; for all other states the FedEx rate is shown at checkout. Minimum order $179.
