Handmade frozen syrniki from Jersey milk tvorog
Syrniki are traditional Eastern European cheese pancakes: soft inside, golden outside and naturally high in protein. Ours are made by hand from our own farm cheese (tvorog), which we make from Jersey milk, with just a little flour and minimal sugar. They are frozen right after cooking, so they taste freshly made when you heat them at home.
Pick the version that suits you: classic, raisin (sweetened only by the fruit), savory with farm cheese and fresh herbs, sugar-free with stevia, or gluten-free made with gluten-free flour. Every pack holds 5 syrniki, enough for a quick breakfast for two or a high-protein snack during the week.

How do I cook frozen syrniki?
