Freshness first. Every ZakFarm order is carefully cold-packed in an insulated box with cold packs to help keep your products properly chilled or frozen during transit.

Minimum order: $179 before shipping and taxes.

Where we deliver

ZakFarm delivers nationwide via FedEx, including Alaska and Hawaii.

$15 Flat-Rate Shipping — 18 Eligible States

Customers in the following states receive $15 shipping per box weighing up to 12 lb:

  • Arkansas

  • Connecticut

  • Florida

  • Georgia

  • Indiana

  • Kentucky

  • Massachusetts

  • Michigan

  • Mississippi

  • New Hampshire

  • New York

  • North Carolina

  • Ohio

  • Pennsylvania

  • South Carolina

  • Tennessee

  • Virginia

  • West Virginia

For these states:

  • Minimum order is $179 before shipping and taxes

  • $15 applies to each box weighing up to 12 lb

  • Orders over 12 lb require an additional box

  • Each additional box is charged another $15

  • Your exact shipping total is shown at checkout

  • Tracking is provided after shipment

FedEx Nationwide

For all other U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, the FedEx shipping rate is calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

  • Minimum order is $179 before shipping and taxes

  • Delivery is available across all 50 U.S. states

  • Shipping cost is calculated based on weight and destination

  • Your exact shipping rate is shown before payment

  • Orders are carefully cold-packed for transit

  • Tracking is provided after shipment

How Shipping Works

1. Fill your cart

Choose from farm-made dairy, cheeses, syrniki, pelmeni, vareniki, meats, savory foods, and other ZakFarm favorites.

Minimum order is $179 before shipping and taxes.

2. See your shipping rate

If your delivery address is located in one of the 18 eligible states, shipping is $15 per box up to 12 lb.

For all other U.S. states, the applicable FedEx rate is calculated at checkout.

3. Receive your order cold-packed

Your order is carefully packed in an insulated box with cold packs and shipped directly to your door.

Packaging & Temperature Control

Products are packed in insulated packaging with cold packs to help maintain the appropriate temperature during transit.

Some products may arrive chilled, while frozen products are packed to help maintain their frozen condition during delivery.

Receiving Your Order

  • Bring your package indoors as soon as possible after delivery.

  • Refrigerate chilled products promptly.

  • Keep frozen products frozen upon arrival.

  • Tracking information is provided once your order has shipped.

Freshness Guarantee & Issues

Perishable products are non-returnable, but we stand behind the condition of your order.

If anything arrives warm, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise affected during transit:

  1. Take photos of the shipping box, packaging, cold packs, and affected products.

  2. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.

Our team will review the issue and, when applicable, provide a replacement or refund for the affected items.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us before your order has been shipped.

Once a FedEx shipment is already in transit, we may not be able to change or reroute the delivery address.

Shipping Limitations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

Shipping availability, delivery timing, and available FedEx services may vary depending on the destination.

The exact shipping cost available for your order will always be displayed at checkout before payment.

We do not currently offer pickup.
