FedEx orders ship every Tuesday. Hand-delivery runs on fixed routes — after your order is placed, we confirm your delivery day. We never send without confirming with you first.
How do you keep everything fresh? +
Every order is packed in insulated boxes with ice packs on delivery day. Products are made to order, never warehoused. If anything looks off, contact us and we make it right.
What if something is wrong with my order? +
We replace it or refund you — no questions asked. Take a photo when you open the box and message us. We stand behind every product we make.
Is there a minimum order? +
No minimum. Hand-delivery is $30 flat under $300 and free on orders $300+. FedEx is available for any order size — carrier rates plus $30 for insulated packaging.
