Refund policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns 
based on personal preference, change of mind, or taste expectations.

All sales are final once the order has shipped.

However, we stand behind the quality of our products. If your order 
arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect due to shipping or handling 
issues, please see our Damages & Claims policy below.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on the next steps. Return shipping labels are issued at our discretion.


Perishable & Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, perishable goods, including frozen food items, are non-returnable.

We also do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Hazardous or temperature-sensitive materials once delivered

Damages, Spoilage & Shipping Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Clear photos of the shipping box (all sides)

  • Photos of the internal packaging

  • Photos of the product condition

This information is required for us to evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.


Store Credit Policy

Approved claims related to order cancellation, damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items are resolved via store credit only

  • Store credit is issued to your customer account

  • Store credit does not expire

  • Store credit can be used toward any future purchase on our website

  • Store credit is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash

Refunds to the original payment method are not offered for perishable items once shipped.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If store credit is issued, you may place a new order using the credit at your convenience.


Shipping Responsibility

Frozen items are shipped with dry ice and require Next Day Air delivery. While we take extensive precautions in packaging, we cannot guarantee temperature integrity in cases of carrier delays, damage, or unforeseen transit issues.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with shipping perishable goods.


European Union Customers

If an order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return non-perishable items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging.

This exclusion does not apply to perishable food items, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.
