A holiday lamb dinner from ZakFarm: a grass-fed rack of lamb with an Ossetian potato and cheese pie, two farm cheeses, garlic herb butter, Slavic cream and cherry vareniki for dessert, about 9 lb in one box.
For a Thanksgiving or holiday table built around something other than turkey. The Lamb Feast centers on a pasture-raised, grass-fed rack of lamb — the most tender cut, with a clean, mildly sweet flavor. Around it are a buttery Ossetian potato and cheese pie, fresh Ossetian cheese, halloumi with Provencal herbs for the grill or pan, garlic herb butter, thick Slavic cream and sweet cherry vareniki to finish the meal.
