Chocolate butter (shokoladnoe maslo) is a nostalgic treat from Eastern European childhoods. We make ours from real Jersey farm butter whipped with cocoa and powdered sugar: silky, creamy and spreadable, with a deep cocoa flavor and gentle sweetness, a little like a softer, butterier chocolate spread.
