We’re an Ossetian family who couldn’t find honest dairy after moving to the U.S. in 2023, so we started making our own: small-batch cheese, matsoni, and soft cheese. Today we hand-produce, cold-pack, and deliver within 24 hours across the East Coast, Atlanta, and Texas.
