An original interpretation of classic syrniki in Georgian style — an amazing combination of tender cottage cheese and piquant suluguni cheese with aromatic herbs. These savory syrniki represent a vivid example of Georgian cuisine, where traditional ingredients create a completely new taste.

Fresh cottage cheese is mixed with grated suluguni — the famous Georgian brined cheese that gives the dish its characteristic saltiness and elastic texture. Finely chopped fresh dill and green onion add bright greens and spicy aroma, creating a harmonious bouquet of flavors.
