        Ingredients: flour, water, egg, beef, pork, onion, pepper mixture, salt.

        Cooking instructions for dumplings:

        1. Pour water into a pot at the rate of 1 gallon per 1 pound of dumplings.
        2. Add salt and bring to a boil.
        3. Place dumplings in the pot one by one, stirring with the back of a spoon or skimmer until it comes to a boil again.
        4. When it boils again, reduce heat to minimum and cook for 3-5 minutes.
        5. Carefully remove dumplings from the pot, brush with butter or sour cream and enjoy.
