Ingredients: potatoes, onion, salt, black pepper, carrot, mushrooms, butter.
Dough Ingredients: flour, water, fresh vegetable juices (beetroot, red sweet pepper, red cabbage, greens: parsley, dill, green onion, cilantro).


How to cook Russian dumplings:

1. Pour 1 gallon of water per pound of dumplings into the pan.
2. Add a little salt and bring it to a boil.
3. Put dumplings in a pan one by one stirring with the back side of the spoon or a skimmer until the second boil.
4. After boiling again, turn the heat down to a minimum and cook for 3-5 minutes.
5. Remove dumplings from the pan gently, butter them or add some sour cream and enjoy.
