1. Pour 1 gallon of water per pound of khinkali into the pan. 2. Add a little salt and bring it to a boil. 3. Put the khinkali one by one into the pan with a stem down stirring with the back side of a spoon or a skimmer until the second boil. 4. After boiling again, turn the heat down to a minimum and cook for 10 minutes. 5. Remove the khinkali from the pan gently, sprinkle with black ground pepper and enjoy.
