If there are culinary masterpieces, Abkhazura is certainly one of them. Abkhazura is a spicy Georgian dish made of minced pork mixed with pepper, salt, pomegranate, and Georgian spices, all wrapped in caul fat (fatty membrane). Abkhazura resembles both kabab and kupaty. It can be cooked either over open fire or in a hot skillet.
