Dough: rice flour, brown rice flour, sorghum flour, psilioum flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, xanthane gum, cellulose gum, salt, egg, oil, water.

Filling: beef, turkey, onion, garlic, salt, black pepper.


How to cook dumplings:
1. Pour 1 gallon of water per pound of dumplings into the pan.
2. Add a little salt and bring it to a boil.
3. Put dumplings in a pan one by one stirring with the back side of the spoon or a skimmer until the second boil.
4. After boiling again, turn the heat down to a minimum and cook for 3-5 minutes.
5. Remove dumplings from the pan gently, butter them or add some sour cream
