Ingredients: flour, water, adygean cheese, sugar, salt
How to cook Vareniki:
1. Pour 1 gallon of water per pound of Vareniki into the pan.
2. Add a little salt and bring it to a boil.
3. Put Vareniki in a pan one by one stirring with the back side of the spoon or a skimmer until the second boil.
4. After boiling again, turn the heat down to a minimum and cook for 3-5 minutes.
5. Remove Vareniki from the pan gently, butter them or add some sour cream and enjoy.
