Ingredients: flour, milk, eggs, butter, oil, salt, sugar, cottage cheese.
1. Put pancakes in a heated oven 360 F for 8-10 minutes.
2. Put pancakes in the microwave oven for 2-3 minutes.
3. For a crisp crust first put pancakes for 1.5 minutes in a microwave oven, then roast on each side for 1 minute on a dry heated pan.
