Cheese storage features: Cheese is a living product and requires increased attention not only during production and aging, but also during storage. To keep cheese fresh and tasty for as long as possible, it should be stored in the refrigerator in the cold compartment. Do not freeze it, as after thawing the product loses its taste properties and texture.
To prevent the cheese from drying out and becoming stale in the refrigerator, store it wrapped in cheese paper or parchment paper for baking and then place it in a food container without closing the lid tightly. This way your cheese will not become stale for longer. It’s better to change the parchment to new one every 3-4 days.

Marina –
Delicious brinza, though slightly saltier than my perfect preference. Works wonderfully in salads and pies. The texture is divine – never crumbles. User-friendly packaging too. Next time I’ll try the lightly salted version!
Elena –
Beautiful briny flavor – crumbled perfectly over my beet salad. Would give 5 stars if it was just slightly less salty for snacking. The wax paper wrapping is genius – stays fresh for weeks. Trying the mild version next!
Karlos –
My new breakfast obsession! Creamier than feta but with that same addictive saltiness. Spread it on avocado toast with chili flakes – chef’s kiss! Arrived same morning I ordered somehow. Subscription option when?
